Some suggested journal styles or content would include:

1. Daily Log - Keep a journal of your daily activities, feelings, interactions, thoughts, etc
2. Problem solving - Put down some of life's questions with space to add answers as you discover them.
3. Dreams - Keep a record of your dreams to monitor your subconscious or trends.
4. Ideas - A place to keep ideas and to build on them.
5. Personal Goals - Set and track personal goals, progress, preparations, etc.
6. Significant Events - Keep a record of big things in life and their impact on you.

Possible categories, topics or focus areas for journal records:

• Father
• Mother
• GrandFather
• GrandMother
• Military Service
• My Career
• Life's Lessons

The software needed to open this file, Azz Cardfile, is shareware. You are welcome to try it out - downloadable version is fully functional.

Download and install AzzCardfile program first: azzcrd33c_setup.exe (1.69 MB)

1. Save (not Open) this file: TheJournal.zip (3.29 KB)

2. Decompress (unzip) FILE.ZIP - will result in FILE.AZZ . Open this FILE.AZZ in AZZ Cardfile program.
