    What does “show tips on toolbars” mean? Does that mean when I hover over a tool, it will tell me the name of that tool? If so, it isn’t working, although I have that choice ticked in “Customize”.

    This will be fixed in pre-release version, when I fix spelling of all screen elements. Tips on ribbon elements are visible now.
