One new feature, introduced with Azz Cardfile version 4, is support for USB flash memory drive, also known as USB Thumb Drive, USB Pendrive, USB Memory Stick, USB stick. This deserves exclusive attention, as Azz Cardfile is the kind of program, which you use to conveniently keep most frequently used pieces of information at the fingertips whenever needed - like address or phone book in rolodex, recipes, notes index, and other databases.
This feature allows to carry the program and all .azz data files with you, and use them on any computer anywhere - at work, on someone else’s computer, in hotel or internet cafe.
Click the Flash Drive icon on the toolbar
, and follow the wizard. Use this wizard to copy the program and data files .azz to flash drive and synchronize the .azz files from USB flash to your main PC (in case they were modified while on the move).
Important! Don’t disconnect the flash drive until you have saved all the .azz files from within the Azz Cardfile program. Or use the “Safely Remove Hardware”
(an icon at the bottom right of the screen - in System Tray) to disconnect the flash from computer’s USB port - it will verify whether all files are saved.
