Regarding License and support e-mails
October 14th, 2009 . by Rytis ZumbakisI can assure all Azz Cardfile users, that we send License e-mails within few hours following successful order, in rare occasions (weekends) it could be couple days, never longer than this.
The problem is many people use unreliable e-mail services like Google Gmail, with various kinds of SPAM prevention filters switched on, with and without the e-mail owners consent. Many our e-mail correspondence get caught by these SPAM filters.
Solution : check your mailbox’es Junk folder for our e-mail with License.
The same applies to support correspondence. If you write us for support, try and find an option in your mailbox to set domain azzcardfile.com as a “friend” so that all our correspondence gets through.
With regards,
Rytis - azzcardfile
I recently downloaded Azz card file 3.3c and installed it on my computer. I am a registered user but for some reason I cannot register this version. I have attached a copy of the original registration info you emailed me(see below). I put in the username and serial number (cut and paste) but I am told the info is incorrect, can you please help by emailing me at dthorpe@shaw.ca
Thanks Doug Thorpe
Dear Doug,
Thank you for purchasing AZZ Cardfile.
You are now a registered user but need to enter your registration data, below, in AZZ Cardfile. To do so, start the program, click “Register” on top center toolbar and select “Enter Registration Codes”.
Your User ID:
DOUG THORPE
Your Serial Number:
518-I5O-64P-284-6738
Letters and numbers like 0 and O can be easily confused - easiest way is to copy from this message and paste into the corresponding field in the program’s registration box.
After entering your codes, a message should notify you that registration was accepted.
After that, “Register” in the menu will disappear and you will no longer see the reminder dialog when you restart AZZ Cardfile.
Please record your User ID and Serial Number for future use.
As a registered user, you will have priority e-mail support, if you quote Your User ID (Help -> About).
According the License Agreement, you should not distribute your User ID and Serial Number to others.
We hope that you’ll enjoy AZZ Cardfile.
Antanas Zdramys,
I downloaded AZZ Cardfile several months ago. I created several cardfiles that I sent to you, and I posted about AZZ on two of my Blogs. I requested free registration and have contacted you several times about it, but have never had a response. Not in e-mail (yes, I check junk and spam folders) and not on the blog. I’m very irritated. It would appear that you either lied about giving free registration for contributing cardfiles or for flogging it on blogs, OR you simply don’t care and don’t respond to the users. If you don’t like the cardfile I created, then let me know. If you don’t like what I said on my blogs, then let me know. Otherwise, where is the free licensure / registration information???

Hi: I ordered License Code for AZZ Cardfile on Jan 16. $29.95. Have not received the code. I contacted support but only received automatic response, no code. Why don’t you send code immediately when customer buys it instead of waiting days? Other software companies do not delay.
