Registration code problem
August 27th, 2009 . by JudyCrawfordI would really like to get help on an issue that I”ve e-mailed AZZ staff many days ago, without a response. I’m an IT tech trying to get AZZ CardFile to work for a user. We have a new user on a PC that had AZZ Carfile installed and working correctly. Although in talking with the former employee she was starting to have problems with the program prior to leaving the position.
Having learned that I uninstalled using the Windows Software Removal tool. I reinstalled, but I can not get the registration code to work. I’ve tried numerous times and reverified that I am indeed using the right number. Any other suggestions? I’d sure love to get an e-mail back from AZZ folks, with a verification that the number that was send to us last year is still valid.
