cant uninstall
August 22nd, 2008 . by alackbecause of a recent malicious attack i need to rebuild my database but have had several problems running my old 3.2 in vista.
i decided to “start fresh” but i cant get rid of 3.2. i tried downloadfing 3.3 but it still opens with 3.2. uninstall removes 3.3 but not 3.2.
if i try to delete 3.2 i get a permission denied message even though my account is administrator. how can i get rid of 3.2 and start clean?
Make note which folder version 3.2 is installed in. When installing 3.3 make sure it installs in the same folder - should overwrite the old program. Otherwise, it’s Vista permissions issue.
i purchased version of AZZ Cardfile some years ago.
My serial number is: 688-61O-649-2U1-6788.
I recently returned to US and wonder if there are any updates I should have.
