Security /Permissions Questions

I would love to be able to share my file with a group of co-workers but not give them access to copy the file or make any changes to it. Just read only access. Is there any way I can do that? I see under File/Properties/Security an area were the right idea is in place but it doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

I have mistakenly changed a password on one of my data files is there any way of recovering the password or data.

Try the bak file. It should reside in the same folder where the main file is (unless you have disabled the backup function), and carry same filename and extension .bak. Copy the .bak to another folder, rename to assign extension .azz and open in Azz Cardfile program.
