If it wasn’t for AZZ cardfile my life would be a shambles. Using it keeps me highly organized and envy to my peers - how does she know all that information? Of course it’s easy with azz cardfile. I use it at home and the office and back up religiously. I’d be lost without my cardfiles! I’ve been using it for years and have only needed support once and that was quick and fabulous as well! AZZ cardfile is the best! I love it! It’s the best program I own! Try it!
Dear Sirs:
I teach the blind computer skills in the state of Michigan in the USA. A unique application of the AZZ Cardfile software is for blind or visually impaired users of the computer who depend on “screen readers” to use software. A screen reader turns the computer monitor window screen text into audible sound for the user. Your product works great with the screen reader applications of JAW’s by Freedom Scientific and System Access by Serotek. It may also work with Window Eyes and Hal, but I have not tried these screen readers with the AZZ Cardfile yet.
The power of your AZZ software is in its extremely simple search interface and free form entry “cardfile” like use where all sorts of information can be cataloged. Just type in the first and second letters of the name for an address or item you want and it will position the database results on or “near” the item you want. Arrow up or down with a screen reader and you hear the index item read back to you. When you hear the item you want Press “enter” and you jump into the detail of the record where it also can be read by the screen reader.
In my opinion this is a much more versatile and easy to use product for the blind than dedicated databases and applications for addresses such as outlook, outlook express, etc.
I have recently taught an 89 year old business client who is visually impaired and never used a computer before how to use how to use the AZZ Cardfile software with a screen reader so he can stay in contact with his client base easily. Great product you have there. Keep up the good work.
